Remove legacy `withStatus()` method from RevisionQuery

Summary: Ref T2543. All callsites are now in terms of `withStatuses()`.

Test Plan:
- Called `differential.query` and `differential.find` from Conduit API.
- Grepped through all `withStatus()` callsites.
