Maniphest - kill TYPE_PROJECTS

Summary: Fixes T5245. Migrate old TYPE_PROJECTS transaction to new style edge transactions. Kill remaining rendering code.

Test Plan:
issued some fun queries to get some old-style transaction in my install:
