Remove newFromMenu() from SideNav

Summary: Ref T10054. Just simplifying this a bit before I start laying in the new profile menus.

Test Plan:
- Viewed Diviner on desktop and checked the mobile menu.
- Viewed Files on desktop and checked the mobile menu.
