Couple of Diffusion tweaks

Summary:
- Fix spacing on InfoView inside collasped boxes
- Fix spacing on stacked PropertyLists in TwoColumn
- Fix spacing on Readmes on Tablets
- Fix unset variable on importing commits

Test Plan: Review each of the above cases.
