Replace `/conpherence/N/` with `/conpherence/view/N/`.

Summary:
- Move `/N/` to `/thread/N/`.
- Move `/view/N/` to `/N`/.
- This makes the mobile "Conpherence -> click thread -> see thread" workflow work correctly. This also makes permalinks work correctly on mobile.
