Make "simple" a "button type", not a "color"

Summary:
Ref M1476. Currently, `setColor('simple')` is meaningful. Instead, `setButtonType('simple')`.

Depends on D18047.

Test Plan: Looked at UI examples, Phame, Auth. Notifications mooted by D18047.
